Elaine's apartment is located in inner NE Portland on the “Williams Strip.” We face Vancouver Avenue so are spared noise from the dozens of coffee shops, restaurants and small shops literally steps away. A short walk takes you to the “Mississippi Ave” commercial strip which incudes several concert performance venues, breweries and many more restaurants and shops. It’s a three black walk to New Seasons market, there are wine shops, award winning bakeries and several food cart pods.
