Peter's house is a large, classic spanish colonial with terracotta roof tiles and many colorful tiled floors throughout the house. a 30' hardwood ceiling adds a dramatic entry, texture and authenticity to the charm of the house. a lovely screened-in rear-facing patio off the kitchen provides ample opportunities to look at the troops of monkeys making their way through the forested landscape. a nice ocean breeze can also be felt when there's strong onshore breezes. the 1st floor patio, also screened in, offers a large yoga, exercise room complete with several yoga mats, foam rollers, assorted bands and even gymnasts' rings hanging from the ceiling.
