2 bed/ 2 bath in Studio City! We love our neighborhood, it's very walkable and safe. We are friends with all of our neighbors and our apartment building is protected by a software and screen security that records everyone who comes in and out of the building, with guest passes available for those who stay at our place. You can walk to places to eat or drink, coffee shops, and the new Sportsman Lodge Center (5 minute walk). We are right next the LA River walking path, and we have a pool that is cleaned for our complex weekly with a grill you can use. Our apartment has air conditioning units and fans in every room, as well as central heating. We are a 10 minute drive to most studio tours in Universal City ( as well as the theme park), and 15 minutes to Hollywood. We are about 25 minutes from The Santa Monica Pier and tourist area.
