Ken & Jill's house: we built a little over 30 years ago, and it's been a very special place to live since then. A talented architect create spaces that are sunny and uniquely welcoming. We live in a quiet village on the Harraseeket Harbor in the South Freeport Village of Freeport, MAINE. With lovely gardens in the summer, we are a stone's throw from the harbor. 20 minutes to the south you are in Portland, a wonderful, vibrant, foodie city. 20 minutes to the northeast you are in Brunswick, home of Bowdoin College, with a beautiful campus and museums. Freeport itself is known for L.L. Bean and a number of nice shopping opportunities, but 2 miles from that district feels like a different world.
