Elizabeth's house overlooks the mandurah Estuary, single storey mid-century modern style with a large deck overlooking the Estuary. House is in a semi-suburban setting, very quiet with a large garden abundant bird life, and a an occasional visit from a kangaroo, possum or local wombat-like creature. Access to the Estuary is via a small pathway right across the road to a private 'beach' area. Estuary suitable for canoes, windsurfing etc
