Julie's house - my home is a 2-story Cape Cod built in the 1920s. It is historically charming and well cared for. There is an expansive rear deck that overlooks a small tree covered back yard with BBQ and patio furniture for private lounging and/or friends and family gathering. The bedrooms are located on the top floor, each with queen-sized platform beds (note: platform beds sit low to the floor so guests with mobility challenges will need to take bed height into consideration).
