Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a suburban area. We have a large private pool, hot tub, pool table, outdoor playhouse and a fenced in yard. There are additional amenities in the neighborhood that include a community pool, lap pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and 2 playgrounds. We are a family of 5 with one dog. We are 25 minutes from downtown Tampa, 45 minutes from the beach and 1 hour 20 minutes from Disney World. We would love to do a simultaneous exchange with you!
